Tried unsuccessfully to locate replacement zipper pulls locally so took a chance and ordered this repair kit. Sure enough, the appropriate size I needed for my gazebo curtains was included inside. They went on very smoothly and voila I was back in business. There are several other sizes included so hopefully one day they’ll come into use as I didn’t need them now but the affordable price for whole package was something I couldn’t pass up to save me from hunting all over creation - who knew double zipper pulls were so hard to find?

I gave it some stars because the zippers look sturdy, but they are new zipper pulls and zipper stoppers- this is NOT a quick snap on zipper ‘repair’. This is a snip the stitches, replace the zipper pull and sew it back up situation

Easy instructions. Several sizes for different type zippers. I now have my favorite sweatshirt in working order and back of the closet jacket. Well worth the small amount of money and time.

Needed to replace broken zippers on leather spare tire cover - kit supplied all necessary components to quickly and fairly easily replace the broken zipper without having the need to try a buy a who new Spare Tire cover or remove and replace the entire sewer in zippers . Brand name Decent quality and easy to install.

I found it very easy to find the right size that i needed in the pack (it includes several sizes) I literally slid it onto the zipper and replaced the stop (at the top) and it was fixed.

Compré estos candados para zipper sin saber si alguno de ellos se ajustaría a la prenda que lo necesitaba. Para mi sorpresa no solo encontré uno con el tamaño adecuado sino que además era exacto en apariencia al que se me había roto. Ya entrado en el tema, revisé otras prendas que tuvieran problemas de zippers que se abren y pude reparar una chamarra más. El resto de los candados los guardé para cuando necesite salvar otra prenda.

Did the job. My partners fleece lined work shirt needed replacing as the zipper had broken off. He replaced the shirt and I found these so now he has a spare. Worked a treat and the rest will hopefully come in useful.

This package does not have what I need to fix either jacket. For the life of me I can't understand why the product listing doesn't show clearly what is included in the package. For anyone thinking of ordering this, it contains the following:- 3 x 2.5 mm nylon coil sliders- 3 x 4.5 mm Metal tooth sliders- 3 x 5 mm Metal tooth sliders (Talon/C&C zippers)- 3 x 5 mm Metal tooth sliders (YKK zippers)- 6 x 5 mm Bottom stops- 4 x 5 mm Top stopsIn my case I needed a 5 mm slider for a nylon coil zipper (not metal teeth). I quickly discovered that a 5 mm metal tooth slider will not work on a 5 mm nylon coil zipper. The other jacket I needed repaired has a metal tooth zipper but requires a larger than 5 mm slider, which this package does not have.Since I've opened the package I am not sure if I can return this, so I think I just made a $9 mistake in ordering this. Hopefully the above information will help others avoid the same mistake. If you do require one of the above sizes, the zippers are all metal and appear to be of decent quality. Unfortunately I was not able to use any of them for my repairs.

This kit contains almost anything you need to repair a zipper. I sew almost every day and yet I do Not enjoy replacing a zipper. It takes a long time to remove a zipper and you have to be so careful not to damage the material in the process, then sewing the zipper in can be a real pain. This kit can save a lot of time and frustration. Unfortunately it did not do the job for me as the zipper I needed to repair was X-large in a Men's jacket ( that's why only 4 stars). The purchase was fast with very speedy delivery. I am sure to use these parts in the future so it was not a wasted purchase.
