Switches do not latch on when pressed. I supposse it's a momentary footswitch with "latch" written on it.

Functions as a switch (now), but the LEDs never worked, and the extremely simple circuit will make LEDs blow up, after which it stops working altogether. This happened to me within hours of receiving the switch, but I decided it wasn’t worth the hassle of returning it. I had to remove the shorted LEDs to get it working again. I’ll install new LEDs once I’ve figured out the right circuit to drive them without destroying them. If I had it to do again I’d just spend more money for a switch from a manufacturer I’ve heard of.The documentation is completely useless, and everything refers to it as a momentary switch even though it is clearly a latching switch.
