Works beautifully!I wanted this mold work double-duty. Not just for desserts, but also for freezing pre-portioned minced garlic, ginger, etc. It's so large and deep that I get excellently-sized squares of minced garlic that I can easily snap apart once they're frozen. I was a bit worried about the silicone taking on the scent, but it was fine after a run through the dishwasher. I'd also like to note that the mold didn't warp despite being washed in high heat. It's nice and thick and stands up to it well.In my research, I found that this mold's size-to-cost ratio is consistent with most others that are advertised as being deep or for filled chocolate bars. There are a few that are a couple of dollars lower, but I can't speak to their value. I would say this one is a great deal for the cost after my experience with it.

This candy mold is made very nicely. There are two molds sets, and they are nice thickness. I like that they have a little hole in one corner so I could actually hang these on a hook. The depth of the mold is quite nice so I could make a larger bar or I could make smaller thinner pieces. I’m really going to enjoy using these molds to make different things. I’m happy with the quality of them and I know it would be very easy to clean. Very easy to pop candy out because of the silicone. I think these are of a decent quality and I would recommend these.

I have not tried making Dubai chocolate yet, I did try making a peanut butter filled chocolate bar first.I was surprised at how deep these molds are, In the photos this is using 1lb of chocolate.I realize that had I actually made Dubai chocolate that there would be a lot more filling taking up space so I wouldnt be using 1lb of chocolate.So in that sense these are good and probably perfect for Dubai chocolate.Its a 2 pack of good silicone. The molds have good break points, as you can see from the photo my chocolate broke correctly at the break points.The mold peeled away from the chocolate really easily (also in the photos).Perfect for making filled chocolate...these are way too deep to be using for a regular chocolate bar.I do not have any complaints about this product and I do not see any possible way for it to be improved...therefore 5 stars.
