The item was not was advertised. The item did not match the picture on the box. It was not a duravit toilet seat.

I now own a seat that doesn't match the picture and doesn't fit my toilet! Duh! It cost more to send it back than it's worth. Part of the problem is the way the item is described and part of the problem is Duravit, because they don't/won't give dimensions for their seats.

I like the toilet seat but it doesn't even come close to fitting the toilet it was intended for. Even the picture shows it incorrectly.
