This motor is not a direct replacement for the Maxii 400 MY1020. The motor itself is very nice and powerful but the mount is too big.The description says this motor fits the Maxii 400 and replaces the MY1020. I wish they included a measurement photo or at least some useful measurements in the description. I would have known the mount was going to be to big if they did.I lined up the mounting holes on the original motor to this one then drilled and tapped my own threads. I used 1/4”x20.Not sure why I wasted my time doing this. Should have just returned this motor and bought the correct MY1020 directly from the Minimoto site
