The velcro tape is nice and works well for doll clothes and such. It is narrow and also thin, so it is less bulky compared to if you cut the regular kind in narrow strips. It is a sew on kind. It works well

When it comes to sewing doll clothes, finding a scaled down version of your favorite notion can be a real challenge. I love that this hook and loop does not have any adhesive back. The adhesive on alternative products always messes up my sewing machine needle. If I'm having a difficult time with placement, i use the double stick water soluble basting tape. This product is well manufactured. The rolls are great for custom sizing.I make doll clothes for my three granddaughter's dolls and this narrow tape is perfect for my needs. I also use it in my heirloom sewing. It is easy to use for little fingers and nearly invisible when used with lace and crochet embellishments and applique. I will also use it for making busy book pages that need game pieces or character participation.HARD TO FIND SIZE
