I actually had high hopes for this chair sadly this morning one of the wheeles folded under so i checked it and discovered the base of the chair was badly welded and bent inward so even if i replace the casters it wont help as the mounts are bent.. also the arm rests are peeling.

Initially I was pretty satisfied with the chair. But nearly 2 years later it feels like I'm rolling the dice every day to see if it's going to fully break. I'm a heavy guy and I use this chair for work, so I'm sitting in it for several hours every day. So I get that the wear and tear I put on it may be more than the average user. I do also like to recline the chair and take naps in it every now and then.Lately these days the chair is creaking a lot and there is now a wobble in the base. The material is splitting in several locations, particularly the armrests and lower back. And the padding for the main seat is definitely not as comfortable as it was. The chair is pretty good as long as your average size and aren't intending it for 7+ hours every day. But if your on the heavier side, know that in a few years you may need to start looking for a replacement.
