Got the progression pack because I wasn't sure where I should start, and like having options on different exercises.They're all well made but I've found myself liking the extremes the most. I've been throwing them on sets of lateral raises and rows specifically to target the forearms and improve my grip. After my normal sets, I do a few additional sets with the fat gripz at about half of my normal working weight and go close to failure. You can absolutely feel the difference. It's nice to be able to incorporate them into exercises you already do and get a completely different result out of them. Now I don't need to remember to use the grip trainer that long ago became a desk accessory (or maybe I should revisit it to see if I've improved).Would recommend!

I actually got stronger, it makes my joints hurt less especially on bench press!!!It’s like an increased surface area and padded and supporting, all my excesses feel lighter on the ligaments harder on the muscleI like it!!!I can lift more weight and feel less sore and crackly stiff and a nice smoother stretch in the muscle tissue!!!Like wearing shoes on a rugged sharp terrain, everyone probably should.

They totally work. Very maleable, so easy to get over whatever you need it to, and you get a great squeeze with whatever you're lifting. My forearms have gotten bigger, stronger, and I feel every lift in the targeted area more because of it. I use them for just about everything.

These are not sitting fit in place and keep moving and rolling. The material is good but design could be improved.

I've enjoyed these grips a lot. They have allowed me to branch out from general power lifting. I use them on my pull bar, barbells, dumbbells, and farmer carry handles. They have performed well for several months of moderate use. I do not see them deteriorating from the knurling of the barbell and they have not had chunks or anything taken out of them from a lack of durability. These are quality products and have been worth their value.
