I, a female with larger than average hands, and my husband with slightly larger male hands, both found this rather difficult and awkward to use. Neither of us are unfamiliar with strength training and have used many different tools but this one was just weird. It doesn't fit well in our hands and requires fingers to move in ways they just don't. We definitely didn't enjoy it nor would we recommend it.
