This hand strengthener set includes a variety of finger exercisers and stress balls with different resistance levels.I personally found the medium strength to be just right for me. My nephew, who has slightly weaker motor skills, did well with the soft version — it was perfect for his needs. The quality is excellent, and all the items feel durable and comfortable to use. It’s a very useful set for improving grip, wrist strength, and finger control.I like that it offers something for different levels and hand sizes. Definitely a great tool for rehab, fitness, or everyday hand training. Thanks for reading my review, I hope you found it helpful.XO Sue

I struggle with wrist pain and potential beginnings of carpal tunnel, as I type for a living. This hand strengthening set is a perfect solution for making both my grip and fingers stronger and more flexible. Each stress ball has a different hardness to it. The grey one is more of a soft stress ball, while the black is quite hard, but perfect to strengthen with. I find it to be much more of a challenge. The finger stretchers actually feel really nice after typing for a long period of time. The 6 pound one almost feels too easy though. So, I’ll probably continue with only the 8 and 11 pound ones. I plan to keep this set handy at my desk and to use it daily. Would recommend!

I got these for my husband who recently completed physical therapy after a hand injury and is trying to return to his former grip strength. He wanted something to help him keep up with exercises at home. His doctor recommended a rubber band to use as a resistance band, but our cat kept trying to steal and eat them. The comes with resistance bands and stress balls in three different levels. The resistance bands definitely offer more resistance than a rubber band so they're a bit of a challenge, but the cat hasn't tried to steal them and they don't break like a rubber band. The stress balls are nice as an alternative too. I gave these a try myself and it's a challenge for sure. I'd say these are probably more appropriate for someone with average to above average grip strength. These might be a bit advanced for someone who struggles to open a jam jar.

I have pretty weak grip strength and ordered this kit in an effort to improve that. The first thing I noticed about this kit is how versatile it is. By that, I mean that people of various strength levels can use this kit as each type of item (the stress balls and the finger stretcher) comes in a soft, medium, and hard level. This variation also allows the kit to grow with you as you improve your grip strength and level up (ex. moving from the soft ball to the medium ball). I will say that while it has these three different levels, I do feel like this product still leans more toward being for beginners (people with super weak grip strength) or people using it for physical therapy purposes.Another thing I like about this kit is how well-made all the items are. I’ve been using these grip strengthening tools on and off for about two months now and haven’t had any issues with the finger stretchers snapping or the stitching on the stress balls coming undone. The fabric on the stress balls feels smooth and they’re the perfect size to hold in your hand (even for someone like me who has smaller hands). I will say that the finger strengtheners definitely feel a little awkward to use at first, but you get used to them the more you use them. I’ve seen some people slide them all the way to the base of their fingers, but I only slide mine halfway (right to where my knuckles are) and that works well for me. Overall, I really like this kit and feel like it’s an easy way to slowly improve your grip strength!

As a 37-year-old diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis at 22, I’ve struggled with joint stiffness and reduced mobility in my hands for years. The FitBeast Grip Strength Trainer, Finger Stretcher & Stress Balls 6-Piece Set has been a game-changer for me, and I can’t recommend it enough! This set has genuinely helped me regain mobility in my hand joints, making daily tasks so much easier. The 6-piece set is thoughtfully designed, with a variety of tools—grip strengtheners, finger stretchers, and stress balls—that target different aspects of hand therapy and strength training. I love how each piece offers adjustable resistance, allowing me to progress at my own pace without straining my joints. The materials are durable, comfortable to hold, and easy to clean, which is a big plus for regular use.Using this set daily has not only improved my grip strength but also reduced stiffness and pain in my fingers, giving me a sense of independence I hadn’t felt in years. At $14.99 (with a 12% savings off the $16.99 list price at the time of my review), it’s an incredible value for such a versatile and effective toolset. Whether you’re managing arthritis like me or just looking to boost hand strength, this set is fantastic for adults, seniors, or anyone in need of hand therapy. Highly recommend!

This kit seems durable and really easy to use and understand. I'm an able-bodied adult male and I didn't find any of the strengths all that challenging. I'd probably recommend these for those that are working from low-strength or doing injury recovery. I would have appreciated the squeeze balls and the finger bands being a little larger. As shown in the pictures I can easily fit all three in my hand. I probably would have gotten more benefit from slightly larger balls (don't laugh)The options in the box (squeeze balls and finger stretch bands) are good options for concentric and eccentric motions, and I've really enjoyed having them on the desk to pickup for a quick break. After a month of regular use I don't know if I've really progressed much, but I enjoy them for the fidget and stress relief aspect as much as a strength building tool. I've spent way more money on less effective options so I don't think you can go wrong here. I do believe my guitar playing has gotten a little better and my grip strength has improved as I've used the set.
