0 stars if it would let me! The vest shorted out the battery pack or something! Now the battery pack will not charge. Stuck at 0% used 1 time! 1 time.... not very happy

I love my vest it’s very warm and cozy. It holds a charge and I still have battery life by the end of the day. Well worth it and highly recommend

I very rarely write reviews, but this product needs a buyer beware warning1). I’m a size L. Bought XL. If you are a female any bigger than a B cup, even a size bigger won’t zip comfortably2). The “special liner” is plastic of some sort. Colder in the cold than you would be with a regular fleece jacket unless you’ve got the heat on and cranked up.3a). The battery s a brick and weight about as much. 3b) my battery has no usb plug in of any size, unlike the picture Can’t charge the battery by USB, and the jacket plug is not a USB as pictured.Spend the money and get better!

After a bunch of very cold soccer games my wife finally tried the vest and absolutely loves it. Very nice quality with long lasting batteries. Also has heat around neck which is great

First one barely heat up. Returned and second still lacking. Heating definitely stronger on top, but lower the lesser, with bottom front barely warm even at highest level. This temperature differential can not be the norm, right?On the positive: material is soft and light and warm just by itself, and battery is huge at 18000.Special shoutout for plastic-free packaging. So rare this day and age. Comes wrapped in paper in cardboard gift box. Nice and green, love it!So, 1 star off for placement of control. Way too high at shoulder-bottom, harder to reach, even harder to see, especially for seniors who could be prime audience. Better position: above side pocket.2nd star off for double whammy. From other reviews seem like a good product. Have another model from same seller working splendidly. Kudo to seller for fast replacement. What a pity...

I purchase and/or review a ton of heated items, and this vest is an absolute winner for me!The sizing is accurate for the xl. It fits well, is sleek and not bulky at all. I like the placement of the battery pocket, and it gets plenty warm for hours of outside work in winter weather. The fleece feels nice and it looks attractive. I like the styling details, and it IS slimming. It's comfortable to wear and you can move freely without feeling like you might ruin it.The vest looks and feels high quality, and functions well. The battery is efficent (lasts and lasts and lasts) and the heating area is huge! Wearing it a few hours at a time, I can use it a bunch of days and charge just once a week. That is a major win, I've come across a couple heated items lately that just zap their batteries dead before I've even finished a few hours of chores. Not this one- it lasts even longer on the lower settings, which I prefer because this gets you warm quick!The buttons are easy to reach and use, and everything feels sturdy and secure, like it will last. The battery charges fast, and has tons of power. The size and weight haven't bothered me, it's a great pocket location. This vest feels like it was designed, not just slapped together.The packaging is worth mentioning, they did such a beautiful job with it that I would definitely purchase it in the future as a gift. I felt like I was opening treasure, and the vest itself is 100% worthy of the high-end presentation.Great fit, better than excellent function, and a cool gift anyone would love to get!

I got this for winter and it arrived quickly. The fleece vest quality is fine and the sizing was accurate for a form fitted fit. I usually get an XL nowadays, and the XL that arrived was form fitting. So if you want a looser fit, size up. I felt it was a little short, ending at the top of my hip. I usually like it a little bit longer. The vest heats up quickly but has some slightly strange heating zones. The around the neck and on the shoulders is a little strange to me. Definitely the main place I could feel the heat ended up being my neck. The back has three zones which didn't seem to heat up as much as my neck. Having warm pockets was nice.The battery is a large capacity 18400 mAh power back which charged by USB-C on the side rather than the top. The top of the battery is the % indicator (it arrived with 71% charged), and a USB-A port which can be used to charge things. The actual connector to the jacket cylindrical port. I wish it were just a USB-C or something instead.My biggest beef is with the quality of the zippers. I just felt that for the price they should have nicer zippers. These zippers were not the smoothest running and I felt them get a little stuck a few times.I can only give it four stars due to the zipper quality.
