I had to customize the set up because I needed a place for my over flow pipe to connect to the drain. The threading and holes on the p-trap and flex pipe fit my pvc drain well so I connected the flexible pipe, made it bend along the floor before going up and out and it seems to be working fine as a trap and drain.
