The first two that I ordered arrived broken and unusable. the plastic sleeve was broken on the same side in the same way both times. I stupidly ordered a third, also arrived broken. I disassembled the unit and used my own bolts to put it back together. doesn’t fold anymore, but it does work well now that it’s assembled the correct way.

I’ve been looking for a stand for all 3 of my guitars for a while now and now I have one! It’s surprisingly very sturdy and overall just really good quality for the price.

First one arrived broken and inoperable. Second one arrived broken in the same way and also inoperable. The design incorporates 2 plastic sleeves attached to the bottom of the rack that enable the side arms to slide and fold. They are also the attachment points for the side arms. On each one I received, one or both of the plastic sleeves was broken. Perhaps if these hard plastic sleeves were made of something more durable (delrin, etc...) the design would work.

My nephew plays the guitar and is very serious about it. He's been in a lot of bands over the years and is even one of the top sound guys at one of the bigger local clubs. The last time I was over at his house I noticed he had his precious guitars placed on top of any tall furniture he felt safe enough to put them on. When I saw the guitar rack I knew he just had to have one. They look better and from everything I have read they are one of the best ways to store his guitars. It is stylish enough that no matter what room he puts it in it will look great!The last thing I would want to happen is for them to be damaged because they were improperly stored. He loves it and says it is the best thing anyone ever had given him. If you know a guitarist who has a collection you should really give them one of these. If you have a collection of guitars you really need to snap one up.
