I actually purchased this for an upcoming Halloween party.I was quite surprised to get an actual quality made hat. Don't get me wrong. It's not something you would wear daily on a boat or anything. But it is well stitched and assembled.

Nice quality- but1- the brim was permanently creased from packing.2- the fit is not adjustable or forgivable - especially important if the intention was to wear a wig underneath. I would suggest getting one size larger than you need.

Nice hat for a birthday party, great gold stitching and material. Probably not as high a quality as you would want for regular use. Highly recommend for short term use.
