The set up was straight forward and the platform is super right and solid. I love it!

Looked at so many speedbag setups. This one is solid! Adjusting is ok and works great. Only way to better it is another price jump into the spin dial raise and lower types. Quality bag mount comes with it. Overall a very good quality purchase.
