About 5 warning lights go off in car when this is needed to be replaced, including ABS light. A cheap ODBII plug that you can get for ten dollars or so will tell you which tire has the bad sensor. My Jetta has 100k miles and I have had to replace two of these already. Front Passenger and Rear PassengerTo replace is easy. Remove tire, unscrew sensor, unplug wire and put new one in. Only tricky part is after you remove the bolt holding sensor it is hard to get out of the housing. The sensor has little lips on the side though, that you can use screw driver to pry it out.

Sensor got here quick, used AutoZone to scan for which sensor was bad. Took 15 minutes start to finish to swap out, and that included jacking the car up and removing the rear wheel. Cleared all the trouble lights on the dash instantly. When one of these goes bad, you will get ABS, Traction Control, and TPMS lights. Only tool needed was a T30 driver.
