These are a great value, making using different hose attachments very swift and convenient. Sturdy build, nice spring and comes with spare washers. They are easy to screw on and off hose ends and the use and function is great in every application I am using them.

I have always tried to buy to test IF different brands will be compatible but since the price was right, I decided to buy it. And did the right choice, it was 30% off and it is almost half the price of the six sets that I purchased before twice. I only got forced to buy the same brand because I am not sure if the fit will be compatible to the rest of my connections. I guess all the 3/4" QC fittings with o-rings are compatible and identical. Too bad I did not see this before. You even get spare o rings and gaskets.

Much better than the plastic or aluminum ones. I like the fact that they come with extra o-rings and washers. Connect and disconnect easily.

These work great! I was having so much trouble with hoses leaking at the connections. I don't have a lot of hand strength & it's a big problem when I have to change sprayers, etc. I was able to get these on & leak free with my bare hands. I have these on everything now & it's a breeze to change them out. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars, is because I never read 5 star reviews.

What can you say about quick disconnects for hoses. They work well and being solid brass means I don't have to worry about seizing or rusting. They are very ease to work with and the slide connect/disconnect works very easily.

I have tried at least 4 different brands of this type of "Hose End Quick Disconnect Fittings. I am "blind-fully" hopeful that these will be the first dripless, water tight, hose end, quick change fittings that I've purchased, I'm not holding my breath. To be Tech-Honest, in most cases 40 - 60 PSI "Residential Water Pressure" is generally on the slim slide of adequate pressure to effectively use o-rings. In general O-rings are used Pneumatics/Hydraulics where the pressures are generally a bit higher, where 1000 psi or more is not unusual. Surface area and larger diameters apply adequate deformation of the cross section of an O-ring.to ensure to deflect/deformation, thus SEAL and restrict passage of fluids, gas's, compressed air. O-Rings life cycle tend to last longer when applied in a static condition, where the pressure is constant.Therefore o-rings used in households lower pressures types and especially in a static application the life is likely to be extended to years of services, whereas household applications, w/ lower pressures you should expect to experience some leakage sooner than later. With this Hose End fitting and house hold PSI's, garden hose in frequent movement and side loads, I will be replacing the O-rings at the beginning of next year's applications. I advise; seek out a place, industrial supplier, perhaps even Amazon, to purchase a small box of them. Lastly and O-rings life can be extended by using, silicon grease, your o-ring will be extended by doing so. One more thought on safety/health, O-rings need only a small amount to lube, too much silicon lube your household plumbing is not a good thing, be sparing when using. KAM
