I recently picked up this optical audio cable to connect my soundbar to my wall-mounted TV, and I’m extremely impressed with the quality and performance. This is a great solution for wall-mounted soundbars. I had to fashion spacers to my wall mount for my soundbar to make room for the TOSLink coming from it originally.With this cord I have a much closer connection because of the right angle and I can reinstall my mount closer to the wall again.10 feet is a perfect length for my set up as I do need that little bit extra above a 6ft cord.This cable is well made. Gold plated connections. Supports Dolby Digital, DTS Surround, and uncompressed stereo PCM.The connections on either side also rotate allowing the cord to be plugged in at any angle which is a great feature.The cord is shielded with a nylon braiding and the connection ends are made from aluminum.This TOSLink cable is miles better than the thin, insubstantial one that came with my expensive high-end soundbar. I'll likely purchase a couple more for my other soundbar and connected amp.
