We tried to program the module. No success will not let us program. We took it to the dealer and the dealer said the same thing that they cannot program it it is not accepting it. Is there a procedure or step that y'all require. If not let me know so I can figure something out

This took about 10 minutes to install, very easy. You do need to flash the unit, but that can ne done using OBD scan.

Local dealer can’t even get this part and had no ETA on possibly getting it. Shipped fast and I was able to install the part and program myself which saved a ton. Not very easy to install but lots of videos online showing how to do it and even program it.
