Great case. Very sturdy. My only complaint is that when you plug it up with your phone in it, it charges the case before it charges your phone. Easy to put on and off. Great when you need a charge on the go.

I never have enough of a battery life on my phone and this external battery case works to give me an extra charge. I previously bought a more expensive external battery and this one works just as well. Great value for the money.

Constant issues with case not charging itself or the device overnight. Seems to react incorrectly and turns off with iOS auto charging. Cannot rely on leaving case in phone overnight and having either charged in the AM. Issues started within a week, but i assumed it was a cheap charging cable i was using. Replaced with genuine apple cable and still continued to have intermittent charging. Probably should have chosen a more expensive brand.

So I was on the top deck portion of my porch at my house and was attempting to pull my phone out of my pocket. As I did this it fell out of my hands and bounced off the deck then proceeded to fall 20+ feet to the ground onto solid concrete. Miraculous no damage done to my phone. And the only thing that happened to this case was it got a little skuffed up. 10/10 recommend this case. Not only is it a great case for your phone, you can also charge your phone at anytime. I’ve noticed if my phone gets down to 20 percent life, that you can get at least two full charges out of it.

Only had the case for a couple of months stopped working. Won't charge my phone or the case. I've tried reaching out to the company for warranty there's no phone # or email. When they say 12 month warranty and 24/7 service they make it very challenging. Still no response after letting them know about this week's ago on a link on the site. Please reach out and send a new one since the one I have is broken.

I like the price but not the durability. At 7months it becomes difficult to charge to the cord, and when you use the backup function, it barely fills the phone 10%, then won’t come back on. I’d say you get what you pay for

Decent charging case for the money. Easy to use and put on (however be gentle while doing so). Battery life is definitely over stated, it does NOT give 180% charge to a standby iPhone 13, much less one that is being used while charging. I’d say it charges my phone about 40-50% while being used, and 60-70% while on standby. Considering my iPhone 13’s long battery life, this is actually pretty useful despite being 1/3 of what’s advertised. I can end a 16 hour work day on 75% charge, which of course is good.An issue with mine is that I have to repeatedly press the button, it randomly stops charging after anywhere between. 2-10 minutes and I need to activate it again. This is a nuisance, but it is probably a problem with my individual case and may not be a issue for everyone. I’ll contact the seller. If I am sent a refund or replacement that comes and doesn’t have this issue, I will change my review to 5 stars. |/Edit: Replacement was sent, issue was resolved. After about a month the replacement case cracked near the cord entrance (see attached picture). This makes it difficult to charge and use the phone at the same time as the cord constantly slips out. I won’t be requesting a replacement, I’ll just suck it up. The case is worth the price if it comes without issues. Review bumped to 5 stars because of customer service!
