This is by far the worst chair I have purchased.Quality: Poorly built. Its not the assembly portion. The chair no matter how tight I make the fasteners it’s just loose. The back wobbles with the slightest body adjustment. The seat cushion, or lack there of was worn to nothing within a month of owning it. The “massage” pillow was just about useless. I took it off third day due to it just not sitting comfortably on my back while gaming. Same with the neck piece.Assembly: very easy. I had it completely together in less than 15 minutes.Price: while it isn’t overly expensive, for the quality it should be a $44-$55 chair.I picked this one due to price, the 300# capacity, and it looked as if it were going to be comfortable. I read a handful of reviews and majority of them seems pleased with it. I however regret it and hopefully can save some others from the same disappointment.

It's a great chair overall. Fairly comfortable, even for bigger people. Does ok as fair as holding together over extended periods of time. I work from home, so this is my work chair. Bought it back in march and just had one of the wheels come off, but other than that works well. Massage pillow workd well and helpe with some back relief, but it is a little loud.

I’m not necessarily a “gamer” but I saw this chair and was interested—especially with all its reviews. I chose the chair in gray. After reading all the reviews, it seems like most people have issues with the white chair. I’ve yet to see a review about the gray. But as of now, my chair seems great! The arm rests are level, I love the lumbar cushion and neck pillow. I did give the foot rest a go and thought it was pretty good. But there is no way I could use the foot rest underneath my small desk.The chair is great! I’d recommend it :)

Assembly took at most an hour, and I was very careful to do it right. The instructions were just ok but I figured it out, no problem. The chair looks and feels great! The adjustability is good and it’s worth it just for the fold-out foot rest. The “massage cushion” that comes with it is kinda lame, it just vibrates when you plug it into a USB port, but it has no on/off switch or any way to adjust vibration pattern or intensity. I just keep the cord twist-tied and stuffed behind the cushion because at least it provides some lumbar support. Overall, it’s a great chair for the price and I recommend it to anyone with a PC.

Had to replace my son's gaming chair and chose to go with this one. It suggests having two people to assemble the chair, but it was more than simple enough for me to do it by myself. Putting it together by myself may have taken 30 minutes tops. Highly recommend!

Spending this kind of money on a gaming chair or a chair made me cautious. But after receiving the chair and taking the pieces out of the box, the quality was noticeably different than my current chair.The legs felt strong, the seat is well cushioned and the smoothness of the reclining feature was much appreciated. Not to mention the massage feature in the add on pillow.Assembly instructions were Not difficult but not easy. Particularly referring to the screws / washer names.That aside, I wish I invested more in a chair at the start of the pandemic than going on the cheap.I would certainly recommend this chair.

I'm a 200lb old dude and this is my first gaming chair. It's strong and it fits me, but I made a couple of alterations on the first day. The pillow and lumbar support each have zippers on the back. I pulled a good handful of stuffing from the pillow. The lumbar support has a chunk of foam with a slit for the vibrator (massager). I sliced off a one-inch layer, thereby reducing it. Incredible results. Well done. Respects.
