My device arrived yesterday. The knob that is supposed to turn easily to adjust the grip tension was frozen and would not move even with use of a vice grip wrench. Today my husband soaked the screw with liquid wrench, let it set a bit and then again used the vice grip wrench on the knob. With some effort on his part he got the knob to turn and it now works fine though there is some minor damage to the plastic knob. The device now works as it is supposed to work (and it was very inexpensive--a plus) but I am giving it a middling rating because of the initially frozen knob and the effort required to make it function.

I bot this for my grandson for his daily work out. I don't know what I expected ? But I am certainly SURPRISED that it's better quality than described. Very much worth the money...in fact I would have PAID double. Perfect for a young man's 1st exercise equipment. I'm very PLEASED & so is he. I'd buy again. I'd give this hand, arm, exercisor a 12 out of 10. Very durable plastic & metal hardware appears to look like it will last a very long time w. daily use. I'd suggest this not only for a young man's 1st equipment BUT anyone who is looking for EXCELLENT gym equipment. In this case.....(& I usually say "You get what you pay for!") This time....GET @ least 2!! The price DOES NOT reflect the QUALITY . You will be pleasantly surprised such a great value at such a minimal price. 12⭐'s out of 10!! You won't be disappointed. & even at 60+ yrs of age 🤣 I can squeeze them & build a little biceps nicely. This is a WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER!
