This is my go to favorite jacket. The light color is highly visible so if its dark and rainy you can be seen clearly by cars. The pockets are lined with a fleece type fabric which makes it feel cozy and warm. It can roll up to a compact size for packing or travel. It goes well past hips so if it rains its less likely to get on your legs. The back has a nice cinch to accentuate feminine shape.

Love this raincoat and so glad I purchased it. It is light enough to wear during the spring months when it's raining like crazy. A lot of rain coat hoods don't fit right - this one does. The hood is attached, not removable which I like. I'm 5'2" 125 pounds and the small fits me perfectly with room for a light sweater. The coat hits 1 inch above my knees.

You will be ok for a short time outside in the rain with this jacket, but it will not keep you dry in a downpour.
