Good product but bungee straps should be a little tighter when installed. They sag on the ground

I had high hopes to use these tie downs to augment my outside car cover to further assist in keeping the cover in place on windy days. BUT, when I hand tightened one of the clips down it broke in my hand. Pretty flimsy. To put it in context, I am 74 yrs old with much less than a vice grip ability to screw things down. Ergo, the one star. I would have returned them but I was heading out of state (that is why the car was being covered) and didn’t have time to do it.
