We use this pump in the kitchen sink. This is the third pump of this type in about 6 months. The first two stopped working after about 6 weeks. I really, really hope this one lasts. It functions far better than our previous two, it also feels better made. It is tall and sleek and has some weight to it, even when empty. It didn't come charged but it's easy to charge with the included USBC cable. Instead of slowly releasing a dollop of foam, it shoots out a stream of foam into your hand then it expands into a nice little puff. There are two levels of soap, we prefer the higher setting. There is a vertical window to keep an eye on the soap level which illuminates with each squirt of soap. It is quiet and looks nice on our sink. We're very happy with it!

Nothing fancy, but it does work great and dispenses soap as described. There are two settings for the amount of soap dispensed. I feel like the higher setting isn’t really that much more than the lower setting but it is slightly more. One feature that it doesn’t have that is really disappointing and my main reason for 4 stars is the dispenser can’t be used while it is plugged in and charging. So far the charge has lasted well over 2 weeks, but needing soap when I need soap isn’t one of those things I want to worry about. I would’ve liked to plug it in, set it and forget it. But I can see where some might not want the exposed cable near or around water. Overall, I’d still recommend it. It is clean looking and works well.

I've been experimenting with touchless soap dispensers for the past few years and am completely won over. The availability of this foaming hand soap closely followed the death knell of the dual dispensing unit behind my sink after two years of solid service. As much as I treasured it and used it almost every day, its plasticky white and clear style was a bit out of place in my kitchen, where all the appliances and fixtures are brushed stainless with black accents.The styling of this unit is spot on! Six stars!I also welcome the "cleaning" mode, which runs a good amount of water through the pump between soap changes, something my previous units, kitchen or bathroom, have not had. The dispenser is also noticeably heavier than previous ones I've owned, hopefully indicating a more robust pump. Charging is via USB-c, which I prefer. An internal red LED 'breathes" to lets me know it's charging, and changes to blue once fully charged. The same blue light illuminates on dispensing and shines through the soap and a thin vertical slit window to let me know how much soap is left.It should be noted that there is no provision for mounting it on the wall. That's not a problem for me as I have it on the flat area of the sink behind the basin, but I could see it being an issue in other applications where space is at a premium.Other aspects of this dispenser include a capacity of just over a cup, and two dispensing volumes, high and low. All volumes are slightly less than what I am used to but it's an accommodation I'll happily make. Filling it, by the way, couldn't be easier. Just pull off the cap, fill, and replace. No twisting or unscrewing. I don't even need to turn it off!By the way, Home Zone Living also offers a non-foaming liquid soap dispenser, visually indistinguishable from this one, It's my hope that they may offer the pair at a slight discount, as many people will be interested in owning both.

The dispenser came in nicely packed and semi-charged. I did follow direction to fully charge it before filling it with soap and trying it.Pros: Right out of the box the dispenser felt really solid and well built. The Power/volume button is easily accessible, as well as the charging plug. The refill is right at the top and does not require any disassembling aside from removing the rubber sealed cap. There is a built in funnel to make it easier to pour the soap in which is a nice added bonus. The dispenser has two liquid volume settings. One is about half a teaspoon, the other is about one full teaspoon. You really don't need more than that for foam soap. The stainless steel look fits nicely by the sink.Cons: The sensor was a bit sensitive, but I think it was a user issue and not the dispenser itself (kept the spung under for too long).Overall this was a nice upgrade from our previous hand pump dispenser. IT feels solid and fits in with the stainless kitchen sink that we have. I two liquid volume setting are perfect and should help extend and regulate the use of the soap to keep cost down.
