I've reached out to the seller and the website directs me to the HOST website. In an email exchange, they referred me back to Amazon. I was using the corkscrew to open a bottle of wine with a bottle cap (fizzy white) and it completely snapped off. So disappointed in this product and their customer service. Clearly, customer satisfaction is not in their vocabulary. Keep scrolling and save your money for a different brand.

The first time I tried to open a corked bottle of wine the head broke off the cork screw.
