The suit material and making was good, however I purchased a 5x, and it felt like 3x, it didn't pass beyond my thighs.

HOTSUIT Sauna Suit for Men Sweat Sauna Jacket Shorts Gym Workout Sweat Shorts (C. Gray Jacket & Shorts, 5X-Large) is a great idea if you want to add a little more intense sweat to your activities. I got this for when i use my treadmill where first i added a weighted vest, then hand or foot weights and i was like what about those sauna suit sets just a little more! This really made me break into sweat and made something as simple as walking on a treadmill a more intense exercise. This is a great addition if you want to make short exercise count more. I highly recommend this!

I recently started using the HOTSUIT sauna suit for my workouts, and I'm quite satisfied with its performance. As someone who typically wears a size large, I found that the large size of this sauna suit fit me perfectly, providing the necessary mobility for a variety of exercises.The material, while not stretchy, is surprisingly accommodating in terms of movement. I didn't experience any restriction in arm or leg movements, which is crucial for an effective and comfortable workout.The shorts are mid-thigh length, which works well for me. Some might prefer longer shorts, but this comes down to personal preference. The elastic enclosure at the wrists is a nice touch. It's slightly loose on my 6-foot, 200-pound frame, but not enough to be bothersome, and I appreciate the extra bit of room.Aesthetically, the sauna suit looks good in black. The design is sleek, although the prominent HOTSUIT brand text might not be to everyone's taste. I would have preferred more understated branding to maintain the appearance of a regular wind suit.One minor downside is that the pockets of the shorts tend to stick out a bit during workouts. While not a significant issue for me, it's something to note. However, the inclusion of pockets is a plus, even if they're not the most practical for holding items securely.The suit does make a slight wrinkling sound when moving, akin to wearing a windbreaker. This is much preferable to the noise level you might expect from more plasticky sauna suits.Overall, the HOTSUIT sauna suit for men is a great investment for anyone looking to enhance their workout experience. It offers a good fit, allows for a wide range of motion, and has a pleasing design, earning it a well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars.

I have been looking for a sauna-style suit in which to work out for a while now, so I decided to try this one. These suits usually run small, and I'm a big (3XL) guy, so I went for the 5XL to be sure that I'd be able to wear it during a work out AND be able to maneuver around in it.Well, I did well in selecting this one! The size is just about right. The shirt is a tiny bit short, but the right "width" and tightness, which is where these things usually don't work if they're not right. Too short, I can handle; too tight I can't. This is just right.Also, since I'm as big as I am, this sauna suit needs to be able to stretch to accommodate the various movements I have to make in my twice-weekly workouts, which consist of very vigorous table tennis matches against high-calibre opponents, and much LOWER-end, but just as vigorous, pickleball matches against my family and friends.The suit hasn't let me down yet, and I've used it a good half-dozen times in these various contexts. Afterward, I can tell I've been in a workout! I'm drenched. I then take the suit, rinse it out thoroughly in the kitchen sink, and hang it up to dry. After all, I haven't done anything in it but sweat. A lot. It dries quickly on the rack on the porch, and it's ready for the next day!I'm happy to endorse this for your workout needs. Just remember: they do run small, so maybe order a size higher than you normally do. I ordered TWO sizes up from my normal one, because I'm very big (6'4", 300lbs). And that was the correct calculation for me! Enjoy!

So I will really like the top of this sauna suit. It fits nicely, without being baggy. For reference I wear 2XL in most brands. There isn't much stretch but I prefer that as it seems to help me sweat more. The one thing I dislike is that the sleeves don't have the "spandex" ends like most do. This results in sweat being able to flow out which can impact your grip, especially on dumbbell exercises.The shorts on the other hand are decent workout shorts and that is the best I can say about them. I have worn them for cardio and leg workouts and have seen no noticeable difference in how much I sweat. Overall, I would recommend these based on the top if you don't mind not having sauna suit bottoms.
