Don't do it,don't do it!!! I git this for my grandson a Birthday gift that needs to be said! The first one came 2 weeks after his birthday and I assembled it proudly as a grandma ok!!! All for the hoverboard not to work only turns on when plugged in,ok ok so benefit of the doubt,I replacement one was ordered because he was so freaking excited, it can and guess what same fn deal!! I sent them both back waiting still for my refund of 169.00 even though I was charged 189.00. Like I said DONT DO IT DO NOT BUY THIS PEICE OF GARBAGE!!!

Este producto no sirve. No enciende si no está conectado. Y si esta conectado solo enciende la luz más nada. No hay a quien reclamar. Es una basura de producto no lo compren. Received it & box had already been opened. Charged it, never turned on. Requested a replacement. Replacement said it was charging, after fully charged I took it off the charger and it wouldn’t come on. When returning I noticed the serial numbers on the hoverboard didn’t even match the box for both. Will not purchase again.

The kid loves it he used the go-kart for the first few days and then was standing up on it riding all around no problem.

PROS+Cool concept to be able transform a hoverboard into a go-cart+Packaging was sturdy+Assembly was fairly straightforwardCONS-When unboxing, we noticed the hoverboard had an internal rattling noise right out of the box. This probably wasn't a good sign but we decided to still go ahead with setting the go-cart up. After fully charging everything, it beeped nonstop with a flashing red warning light the first time we tried to turn it on. I tried turning it off and recalibrating it by holding the power button down for 10-15 seconds. This however did not stop the beeping and flashing red light. Since it was not operational, I tried contacting the manufacturer. They however simply did not respond.-With poor customer support, I was forced to try to keep powercycling the hoverboard and trying to recalibrate it. After attempting this for dozens of times, the hoverboard finally stopped beeping to my surprise. We were able to get it to actually move for the first time. However when moving, the board again started beeping like crazy and flashing a red light.SUMMARYMy son really was excited about this go-cart. My whole problem was that I waited just over 30 days after purchase to give it to my son for his birthday. This prohibited me from exchanging what I received for a new unit that did not have all the out of box issues we have had. Despite all the annoying beeping whenever the go-cart is moving, my son has been still trying to block that out and ride it. It is not ideal but at least he is able to get some use out of the go-cart since the manufacturer is not responding at all even though I went through their whole submission of a support ticket. If they ever get back to me with a good solution, I'll hopefully be able to update my review. It seems like other reviewers had good luck with the versions they received. So likely I just received a defective one.

We bought this for our 7-year old and it wouldn’t turn on after fully charging it.I reached out to the manufacturer, as requested, and made a warranty claim. They never responded.I returned it through Amazon and got a replacement one, which worked for about a day. After that it never turned back on.I tried to return it again, but Amazon said the only option was to get our money back.
