This is actually the fifth one we have purchased. All of our grands have one on our property and we purchased an extra for the times that they have a friend over. The first one was purchased three or so years ago and still works perfectly. The kids give them a workout when they are here. The older kids have tried to use just the hoverboard, but they usually end up putting it back with the seat. Absolutely FUN! I am about 5'3" and weigh about 115, and when I ride it ( when they dare me) it flys. The kiddos "clocked" me at 7 miles per hour.

What can I say other than fool me once? I bought this darn thing once for my son and it lasted a short period of time before the wheels fell off. Thinking it may have been something with how he was riding it we bought another one. The second one arrived missing the back piece. My husband has called, written and attempted to get the missing piece sent to us so many times, but has not had any success at all! The seller just keeps requesting more and more information from the date of sale to the invoice information and although we have provided everything they have requested there has been no follow through on getting that missing part. SO, with that I would highly recommend staying away from purchasing this product. It is poorly made and if you have issues with it good luck finding assistance! If I could give it zero starts I would!

Love this Hoover board combo…..the go kart attachment, really save money. The price was too perfect!

We like its fast, quiet, and smooth. The kids love all the LED’s on it. Unfortunately, one of the wheels lights stopped working after the 2nd use, the other wheel is flickering now on the 3rd use. That sucks because its one of the coolest LED’s on it. Overall I think its a good purchase, the LED’s just need to better secured on the wheels.

I got this for my 9 year old daughter. She loves it!!! We love how easy it is to change from a hoverboard to a sitting hover cart. She can actually switch it back and forth by herself, that is how easy it is to do. The speed is perfect for her age group. Our family loves it so much that we are looking to buy more.

My son needed a new hoverboard/kart so I had been looking at Hover-1 because his last board was Hover1 and it was great. Bought this combo and my son was super excited. Husband put the kart together and noticed some pads were missing. The instructions told us to add the foam pads to the kart during one of the steps of assembly. We looked everywhere for these pads - they weren’t here. Checked the parts list and they weren’t listed but were a step in assembly. Hubby thought maybe they did away with foam pads which is why they weren’t listed and weren’t sent so he continued putting in Je kart together. The pads didn’t impact the assembly at all. It all went together. My son hopped on and took off. After about 15-20 minutes of him whizzing by, going in circles and having a blast…he was as thrown from the hoverboard. The entire kart came apart from the board and sent my son flying while the board stayed behind. Got the kart and board back to my front steps only to find that the straps had rubbed on the metal while he was riding…and it wore right through the straps that connected the kart to the hoverboard. The foam pads that the instructions mentioned but that were not sent or listed on the items packages list were supposed to be a buffer between the strap and the metal to prevent it his very thing. Contacted Hover-1 through their ticket submitting area on their webpage. Took me almost 7 tries before it would finally accept my ticket without kicking me out or clearing the form completely. Let some time pass but never heard a word. No email, no phone call and no parts/replacement straps mailed/received. Just tried to check on the ticket I submitted and got booted from the website which stated “not authorized to access this portal. Please contact help desk administrator.” I tried to call the numbers I could find - got nowhere. I’m done. Returning this product, getting refunded and will purchase another brand. Gave a 2 star rating as my son enjoyed the 20 minutes he got out of it…the hoverboard seemed decent but the company’s crap just turned me off to this brand. Spend your money elsewhere

We bought this as a Christmas present for my eight year old son. Out of the box, it worked and he absolutely loved it. The seat attachment was easy to initially build and he was able to install/remove it from the hoverboard on his own. The speed was fast enough for a bit of a thrill and it was easy to learn how to steer/drive it.However, after about 15mins the battery died and we have not been able to charge it since. The charger indicator is lit so we know it is getting power but just won't charge. Hover-1 has not answered their support phone, waited since it was the holidays but still no answer. Amazon support wasn't able to help either and offered a replacement or refund. We opted for a replacement since my son did enjoy the few minutes it worked but the replacement won't arrive for 3 weeks. Hoping the replacement works, especially after the wait, but I would not recommend Hover-1 as of now.I will update review if situation improves.
