The first cart arrived with a broken seat. We bought it early for a birthday present. So by time it was opened we were past the return period. We reached out to company and they sent an entire new cart at no cost. The car itself is sturdy, easy to assemble and great fun for our 7 year old. Was a great deal and would do business with this company again.

These are sturdy. I bought 2. One for a 90 pounder and one for a 190 pound grandchild. They have had them for a year and are holding up well with no issues. All the parts were there. And it was packed very well. The box was a bit heavy. Sorry Amazon delivery person!

So they really need to think fast on how they put this together specially making a kid friendly my eight-year-old almost seriously got hurt. If he didn’t catch himself on the grass, he was riding and the bolt came loose on the wheel in the front because there’s no way to tighten it or stick a tightener or like a maybe like a little like pin through it or something just to secure it both ways it’s not very practical because the shaking vibrates so much that the boat comes loose and that was just about an hour of riding, and it scared him

I recently purchased the Hoverboard Ride Along with high hopes for an exhilarating and comfortable ride. However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment upon unpacking the product.The first issue I encountered was immediately noticeable—the seat was broken upon arrival. It became evident that the damage was a direct result of inadequate packaging. It seems like the manufacturers attempted to fit the hoverboard into a package that was too small, compromising the integrity of the seat.The packaging was visibly strained, with the product tightly squeezed into a space that clearly couldn't accommodate its dimensions. This lack of attention to packaging detail reflects poorly on the manufacturer's commitment to delivering a quality product to customers.The broken seat not only hindered the functionality of the hoverboard but also raised concerns about the overall durability of the product. It's disappointing to invest in a recreational item only to receive it in a damaged state, seemingly due to a packaging oversight.While I understand that accidents can happen during shipping, the extent of the damage and the apparent disregard for proper packaging dimensions are indicative of a larger issue with quality control. This experience has left me hesitant to recommend the Hoverboard Ride Along to others, as the initial excitement was overshadowed by the inconvenience of receiving a defective product.I hope that the manufacturer takes steps to address these packaging issues and improve the overall quality of their product. Until then, potential buyers should approach this hoverboard with caution and be prepared for the possibility of damaged goods upon delivery.
