This is a very basic computer with everything most users need to access the internet, play card games, and watch movies and videos. The computer/monitor is very lightweight with a slim profile so takes up little space. I’m used to a Mac laptop, which is much heavier, so this almost feels too light, especially the keyboard and mouse, which feel like hollow and cheap plastic. The monitor is large but not huge, and there’s an HDMI port to attach an external monitor. It looks sleek and is small enough to move and fit anywhere. The mouse and keyboard are corded, but it’s easy to connect wireless devices.It’s faster than my old all-in-one PC desktop, which my mom used. The old PC had a touchscreen, but my mom primarily uses this computer because she likes Windows, and she says everything is snappier, opening faster with no stalling, and it has 512 GB of storage so lots of space for pictures and videos.I was able to set it up in a few minutes using my Microsoft login, and it gave an option to use a backup version. The backup has to be saved on the old computer in advance to get the option, but doing so loads previous settings and files, which makes setup even simpler.
