I am 5'10'' 185 lbs with a 32" waist and 42" chest. This is only an adequate product. On the plus side, the material and construction are of high quality. On the down side, the design needs work. The cut is for a straight body, not an athletic body, where the chest is wider than the waist/hips. As a result the fit around the hips/waist is oversized and the fit around the chest and shoulder is tight. it will work under a wrestling singlet but understand this before you order.

I like the item. The fit is great, however there is not a lot of space in the crotch area so I would recommend buying one size up for that perfect fit. I would absolutely love the item if I could trade it out for a large.
