The waist seam has separated from the waist elastic and it is only the second or third time the thermal pant has been laundered (in cold water). . .

I am a fairly tall, large person, but these pants came up to my bust line, sloped in the back area and itch like crazy. I suspect the supplier doesn't care because it costs what the pants are worth to ship these back. Seriously ladies, take heed of these other reviews- this product is cheap, scratchy and the proportions are way out of whack. Hopefully, Indera Mills will improve their design and quality because I prefer to buy an American product-but not if they are plain lousy. I am willing to pay a little more for better quality. I also ordered another pair of long johns that I am absolutely delighted with(also from Amazon). The fit is true and the materials soft, waistband comfortable, move well with activities and worth every penny: Authentic Women's Base Layer Bottom by ColdPruf. Good luck.
