We bought these for my 6 year olds summer pool party and they fit the kids perfectly. They are NOT for adults, but that's clearly spelled out in the name. Fun designs and colors. Good enough quality.

The hole is too small for an adult to fit through. It doesn't fit over my head even?! I'm super disappointed in these. They look cute, but they smell so bad I'm getting sick and they're not usable really.
