Don’t waste your money. It’s just a cheap plastic enclosure. I does not come with the accessories shown in the picture.

I purchased this spider enclosure hoping to provide a safe home for my jumping spider, but it arrived missing an entire wall. For a product that emphasizes secure housing, this was a major disappointment. The acrylic material seemed decent, and I liked the concept of the front opening and ventilation features, but the missing part made it completely unusable as intended. Would not recommend based on my experience.

This is a very cute little enclosure. It was easy to put together and it pretty sturdy once it is put together. I don't think the instructions includes anything about using the little rubber bands to put over the ends of the tabs so I kinda had to figure that out on my own. Easy to figure out though because the little house wouldn't stay together without them! The house has two doors. One little one that I put a funnel in that is used to feed with, and another big one that is essentially one wall of the house that can be folded down to access the whole inside of the house. I do wish that the walls of it were clear so we could see inside of it easier. They're not, they're like a fogged plastic, and that's ultimately why I took the one star off. Only the pieces that make the roof are clear so you can look down into it.

Really cute and easy to put together. The ventilation is great and the handle makes it nice to bring with me around the house. The front opening is an added bonus.

So my biggest surprise with this is that it doesn't come with all, or any, of the accessories it's advertised with. But putting that aside it is a smart little bug box, and we have many of those. The directions are wanting a bit. No explanation of attaching the tabs with the white rubber bands it comes with. They include a metal finger pick up help peel the protective film that is on both sides of all the side pieces. My 8 y.o. needed help with that, and holding it while attaching the bands. The door secures on a little notch but doesn't lock with any mechanism. To open it you slightly lift the door over that notch. It should be secure unless it gets knocked upside down or dropped. I like the little feeding door at the top, which does secure with a strong magnet. It's very clear all over, so viewing your little critters will be easy, which is not usual for most little bug boxes with opaque lids.

Picked this up to show my daughters that not all spiders are the dangerous monsters they think they are! Was easy to assemble. Caught a jumper outside and its made itself at home.
