This was a great sweat suit for working out. The only thing is I wish it had more of a stretch to it so it’ll be easier to get on and off. It is a great size for me and definitely did the job.

This sauna suit is great. Definitely worth adding to your workout. You will definitely sweat with this on. It’s super comfortable. It has great stretch.

It arrived today. And I decided to wear it right out of the packaging while training on my stepping stairs + treadmill. I just wanna say that, a 15min workout made me sweat more than ever! I went straight to the shower and even my legs (tights and lower legs) were sweaty! That never happened before haha I’m pleased.It was slightly difficult to pass through my (large) hips but I wouldn’t go larger because everywhere else fit ideally.I’m currently 165lb, 5’4” and I got a M.

I am extremely unhappy with it. I thought I could get past that It sounded like I was wearing plastic, but after working out in it, it feels like I’m literally wearing a plastic bag. There are definitely better sauna suit out there that are more comfortable and less noisy. One positive thing you will sweat.
