I love matcha lattes in the morning, especially if I've been having heartburn and need to take a break from coffee. The matcha was vibrant green and not bitter, it had a really great flavor. I use a matcha whisk, use a little match spoon and mix in a scoop with a little room temp water and followed by hot water and heated oat milk and it's delicious. As far as cost, I'd say it's pretty in line with other matchas I've tried, they do have a bit of a sicker shock but you use so little each time that it lasts a while, so I found it to be both good quality and a fair value for the money.

It makes nice tasting matcha, very smooth and not too bitter. It has a sweet creamy aroma that is absolutely lovely. For the price, I was expecting a bit more of a vibrant green color but I’m not enough of an expert to judge if that’s a true indicator of its quality in this case or not. The matcha does not disappoint... I’m not sure if it’s convinced me to abandon my usual go-to pick, I’d still recommend it as worth trying for sure though! I like my matcha plain/traditional, but I think the flavor of this would go nicely with milk as well.

Definitely delivers on the quality at this price point. This matcha has a very sweet aroma as soon as you open the bag. It dissolves well and has a vibrant green color.The taste is exactly what I expect out of a ceremonial matcha. A very smooth umami with very small hints of grassyness in the best way. This particular matcha has a very low amount of bitterness, but still noticeable. It also has a more balanced astrigency compared to other matchas of similar quality. Overall it's very well balanced.In terms of effect, matcha makes a great day starter and I prefer it over coffee as it has a mix of caffeine and L-theanine. This matcha delivers on the energy boost as well, great pick-me-up or day starter.

This matcha has a really smooth, earthy flavor with just the right hint of natural sweetness—it’s great for morning lattes or even just with hot water. The texture is super fine and it whisks up into a nice froth, which I love. The color is a vibrant green, which says a lot about the quality, though I do wish it came in a slightly larger tin for the price. It’s definitely fresh and doesn’t have that bitterness you sometimes get with lower-quality matcha. It mixes well and doesn’t clump, and I’ve had the same experience—makes my little tea ritual feel a bit more special.

I’m still learning about matcha and made matcha lattes to test it. Both my husband and I really enjoyed how fresh and smooth this matcha is. I would say that there’s absolutely no bitter aftertaste. Even if my assessment of matcha is less than insightful, take it from me, this is mighty fine matcha! Great quality Matcha Green Tea taste good very easy to make. I really like it. The only downside is the cost at the time of this review. It’s $32 for 1.411 Ounces.

OMG When I opened this I got it all over-the-counter all over my fingers. It was a mess. I only want to buy them out of tins for now on. And the description on Amazon says ceremonial matcha, but nowhere on this package... Well I had a bowl of it..... This is more culinary matcha. This is not ceremonial matcha. That's all I'm gonna say.

The matcha tea arrived in good condition, it is fresh and of good quality. I like its texture, smell, and taste. It's super easy to make and I like the ingredients. It provides me with a similar amount of energy as when I drink a cup of coffee. It is a bit pricey, but I believe this tea and the way it's produced may make the price worth it in the long run.
