Use liquid HE detergent to the first line of the cap. If using HE powder detergent or pods make sure to add it to the tub before adding clothes to allow it to dissolve properly. Do not overload the machine. Use a cycle other than “Normal” like “Heavy Duty” or “Bulky” while avoiding “Express” when necessary. Use the “Deep Fill” option and/or the “Fabric Softener” option, if available, as these options will add more water to the cycle. Use cooler water temperatures, but not “tap cold” as detergent requires 60 degree water to dissolve. Add up to 2 extra rinses. Additional notes include using the clean washer cycle if the washer is not new. If these tips do not fix the issue, a service technician should be called to evaluate.

This washer is great. My laundry is clean. It uses very little water and power. I have an old house with a main line that wasn't built for washing machines, and with my previous washer I had to be careful, lest the main line back up into the basement. With this washer, that isn't a problem.A couple of things to note:It says to press the start/pause 3 seconds to cancel, but it's really more like 5 or 6 seconds. Not a big deal obviously, but I just wanted to point that out because I thought something was wrong when it was starting or pausing instead of canceling when I pressed for 3 seconds.It doesn't come with the water connection hoses, and the drain hose it comes is short. The water hoses and a longer drain hose are only a few bucks, but just be aware.The only negative thing I would say is, getting it delivered was very frustrating. Amazon gave me a 12 hour window, 8am - 8pm, meaning I had to get up early and stay home all day. Then in the afternoon, it said "A carrier delay has occurred" but it "could still be delivered today", so I kept waiting. 8pm came and no washer, so I had to do it again the next day. Again "A carrier delay has occurred" but at least this time I could reschedule (thankfully, instead of them just trying again the next day, because I had an appointment the next day) and reclaim the afternoon, though I had to plan to stay home all day again another day. Third times a charm, and on the third attempt I actually got the washer. But I can't hold that against the washer, it's the fault of who Amazon chooses to contract with for delivery, and Amazon for choosing them.

Not bad at all, great deal. The washer is fairly basic, but it meets our needs. Will wash anything as long as you don’t over load it. Agitator will pull and stretch some things like bras, dress straps. Probably best to use a wash bag for things like that. Overall very happy with this washer, got new high flow hoses and it fills and washes very quickly.

It is so hard to find a 24” washer. Thankfully, Amazon had this one. It works like a champ and fit perfectly in my available space. I wanted a small washer and was surprised to find this high efficiency solution.

I read negative comments and was nervous that I ordered this washer. I am using it tonight for the first time and so far so good! It’s not moving around, not loud, cleans the clothes, holds a good amount of clothes. So what are these negative Nellies talking about!? Ugh!

The washer arrived on time and generally looks great... However, upon installation, I realized that the power plug is COMPLETELY smashed flat. Unusable. Amazon pointed me to the manufacturer for plug replacement and in-home repair. The manufacturer told me to pound sand because it isn't a defect, but rather damage during transit and that I should contact Amazon again. Amazon once again directed me to the manufacturer. I am stuck in the blame-game purgatory at the moment. To Amazon's credit, they offered a full replacement, but it'll be another few weeks and I'd have to lug the washer down the stairs and then carry the new one up again... I'm not doing that again.I will update once this is resolved.
