I have to say, this bra is probably one of the most comfortable I have ever worn. I personally have purchased two for myself and two for my sister, I believe. They're comfortable, they have the right support; when I'm sore or swollen it holds me still without squishing me, and it is soft and molded to my shape so as not to push oddly in various places to cause discomfort. As a note, in the front it has two layers of material. Since it doesn't have pads in the front, but rather in the bottom section to provide the good support and comfort, I cut a small hole in the back layer of material and insert my own pads so that I can have the padding that I want with the comfort of the bra. It's modest for a bra, so depending on the clothes you're wearing it may not always be a daily wear, but it's very comfortable, and I wear it often.

I’m a breast cancer patient, and I’ve had to have multiple surgeries. This was the best compression bra I’ve ever used after any of my surgeries. Even my surgeon was impressed with it and wanted to know where I got it from. It’s comfortable, stylish (as much as a compression bra can be), and easy to get on and off. Would definitely buy again!

This is the most comfortable post op bra ever. I’ve had several surgeries and have used different bras. I wish I had found this bra sooner. It has cushions (padding) on the sides and under the breasts for comfort. It doesn’t rub on the incisions as the other bras did. I purchased a large and a medium in black. I’m 155 lbs with 340cc implants. I usually wear a 36 bra band. Both M and L are comfortable. They can be adjusted in the back and the front. The strap adjustments are a bit tricky, but you only have to adjust the straps once. Not a deal breaker. I would recommend this bra to anyone having surgery.

My doctor gave me two surgical bras however this became a great option for weeks 4-6 of recovery. I also wore for short periods while washing my other two bras. It was nice to have this as an option and I enjoy that it is lower cut in the front giving me more clothing options through recovery. This does sit right below the bottom incisions and if worn for too long can be uncomfortable. I recommend this for the later part of the recovery when the incisions are closed as it does provide great support. Washes well - cold water and lay flat to dry.

I purchased this bra because I am having my breast implants removed.I need something with some compression and latches in the front.I bought the medium as suggested by seller and it was even a little large with my current implants. I am a 32DD 130 pound athletic build women.I was able to hook the bra on the smallest settingsAfter my explant I should be a B or small C cup.I’m reordering a small in hopes that it will fit better.

This bra is NOT adjustable! You can not remove the shoulder hook from its original placement. They sewed it in... and after getting breast augmentation surgery you can't be using your arms like that to fight this stupid straps. And since my surgery was so intensive, I can't drive for 3 weeks, preventing me to return this bra. It seems to be comfortable but doesnt offer the support I need ... it might have, had I'd been able to loosen the straps. I'm not kidding I will have to rip this to adjust this... not happy!

I wanted to like this bra as it received raving reviews but tbh, I didn’t think it was *that great. The thick middle fastener dug into my lower sternum where I was sore and swollen, the straps (while adjustable) are on the thicker side so wearing a thin shirt is problematic. Would I recommend it? No. Do I have a good alternative? Also no, but thankfully I’m past the recovery point and can now wear whatever type of bra I want. Best of luck.
