Very Nice Choice! The Bowl's depth is good. The Overflow sports a nice chromed trim piece. another factor in my selection. I removed a 40 yr. old, brown pressed steel undermount and sat in this beautiful white self-rimming bowl directly into the same cutout with no cutting or other adjustments. I like the pillowy look of the self-rimming/ drop-In sink bowl. What a huge difference it was a very easy install! It is a very sink lavatory sink/bowl. and we are very happy with it.

I ordered the Kingsman 19" drop in sink, but what I received was a sink from Ariel? Assuming that a substitution was made for a "like" sink, I went ahead and tried to install the "substituted" sink. After mounting a faucet and drain and connecting the plumbing lines, I dropped the sink into the hole in the counter with no problems. The sink came with 4 little bracket/clamps that are supposed to be used to clamp the sink from underneath to the counter. The problem is that the sink didn't have any way to attach the clamps. No holes or slots, no tabs, nothing but smooth ceramic. Looking again at the clamps that came with the sink, I noticed that there were 4 brass threaded inserts in the package that appear to match up to the screws for the clamps. These inserts look like they should have been drilled into the sink by the factory, but they weren't. There were no holes drilled into the underside of the sink to accept them either. No instructions with the sink either, just a template for cutting a hole in the counter if you are starting from scratch.I'd suggest to any company who makes substitutions for what their customers order do a little research on the products they send a customer. In the end, I'm returning this sink as just "gluing it down" is a poor solution and I don't see how I can trust a replacement from the same company, which I highly doubt would be inspected before it shipped. I'm headed to Home Depot and buying a Kholer or other reputable brand sink. Total disappointment and waste of time. Buyer beware. Saving a couple of dollars isn't worth the chance of inferior products.
