Got this for my mom to share pictures of the the great Grandbaby. Her and my Dad are loving it and they look forward to pictures coming every day! Works great and was easy to set up and the app is easy to add the pictures. Would definitely recommend.

I loaded my leathework pictures onto this picture frame and love it!! I downloaded the app and started adding pictures to the frame which was very easy. I downloaded the pictures over wifi. Such an easy process. The picture color and quality is good. It has the capability to hold a lot more pictures than I will use. I got this to use in my shop and at events to show my leatherwork and help customers see what is available for custom orders. I used it at my last event and got so many comments on how cool it was. People actually stood there and watched it. I asked two different customers if they would be willing to have their picture taken wearing their new chinks (shorter riding chaps) and if I could add them to my picture frame. They said yes and they are now scrolling through with the rest of my pictures. I used my phone as a hotspot for wifi, connected to my frame and downloaded the pictures. All you need is electricity to run the frame. You only need wifi if you are adding pictures. I think this is a great marketing tool for small business owners like myself.

And that's the only good thing I can think of; white light bleeds on to the image from the corners, the touchscreen is dull and slow to respond, the app is janky and also slow to respond, you can only upload nine photos at a time making the transfer of your library time consuming, it's cheap plastic, and there is a constant buzzing. All in all this is to and Aura Frame what a leapfrog tablet is to a MacBook, but the image quality is good.

This digital picture frame is really easy to set up and load pictures onto even I am not the most tech savvy person. Holds more pictures than I currently have to load on it. Really nice sized screen, not too big and not too small. I like that I can see it from across the room and am able to see the picture without having to be right in front of it. We are able to enjoy our pictures so much more now that they've been rescued from endless computer files and phone storage. Really happy with this.

The one I received appeared to be someone else’s return. It had been opened, closure tape was ripped off, inside packing out of whack & had fingerprints on it. That being said, cords seemed to not have been used & screen film was still on. My suggestion is to start by downloading Kodak app. I had several problems during setup, which surprised me. I have owned & used many Kodak products through the years & have always found the to be user friendly. Good quality too, but not as many bells & whistles. I had trouble connecting to internet, had to hit screen multiple times for certain things to work (film was removed) & uploading photos was slow. On app, you can only do 9 photos at a time, but still slow. Tried to use SD cards, couldn’t get it to work & then it was hard to get card out again. You can also use micro USB. It also provides email you can send pictures to(when you register), which I have tried & haven’t figured out yet. I still need to do some trial & error to figure things out, as the information booklet doesn’t provide a lot of information. Setting the language & time zone was the easiest part. I think it has to either provide more directions or better guidance. While I have uploaded quite a few photos & am happy with the picture quality, I think for the price it could be more straightforward. I am not a person who usually has problems with set up & I generally do read directions, but they only helped with certain things. I look forward to displaying our family photos, I have many more I want to add, but it takes time. I like it, but don’t love it, simply because of how it operates. The photos are a nice quality. I need to change the framing of the photos too, but have already put a bit of time into set up, so leaving for a future date. It will depend on what your expectations are, but I have had good luck with the longevity of Kodak products, so am optimistic.
