We just opened the box and our toilet tank is cracked. Amazon was supposed to contact us when it would be delivered. They left it in our driveway.We are finally to the point of putting in our toilet and fixtures and open this box and it’s cracked! Thank you Paige from Kohler for fixing this. . . And shame on you Amazon!Paige scheduled our new toilet delivery and everything ran like clockwork, it’s installed and I love this toilet, we definitely will recommend this toilet. We also added a bidet with it… 😁 that is a must!! ❤️

Got the plumber to install the day after it arrived. Everything came as described and got it faster than having to order from plumbing supply or kohler directly. Thanks to amazon.

The package was missing washers and screws which is needed for installation. It also included parts that are not needed.

Why Kohler has to be skimpy and not include wax ring and bolts. Also missing is any hose to connect to power supply. Also missing is seat bolts and nuts. When you pay extra premium to these brands, the least you expect is that they have quality control!!I dont want to return the toilet at this point and I know Amazon charges now return charge after returning two other toilets.First time Kohler brand of toilet and starting with bad experience.
