Tresham Warranty Information
Kohler plumbing products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of installation. Kohler Co. will, at its election, repair, replace or make appropriate adjustment where Kohler Co. inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage within one year after installation. Kohler Co. is not responsible for removal or installation costs. Use of in-tank toilet cleaners will void the warranty.

This sink is beautiful and arrived unbroken. I used it on my existing cheap standard factory vanity after leveling the top and added legs to update the look. So much better than my old laminate oval sink, and somehow both the bowl is larger and the sides/back have more room to set things. It defies logic but both seem bigger. Have used it for 5 months with no scratches or issues. This sink looks very nice when installed. It goes well with either contemporary or traditional design. It has a big design flaw, however. The bottom of the sink is very flat and drains very poorly. There are two 4-inch depressions on either side of the drain which allow water to pool , then evaporate, leaving mineral deposits to form and crust. Also, the drain is centered which causes water from the faucet (and soap, toothpaste and other things) to spray out to the sides. This requires you to use your hand to splash the water around to get material to go down the drain, wasting a lot of water. We contacted Kohler about the problem and they graciously agreed to replace the sinks. We wanted something to fit in the opening that had been cut in our quartz countertop and the customer service researched this for us and suggested their Memoirs sink. The bottom is shaped perfectly and we now have no drainage issues. It has a very similar look which made me very happy. Removing the other sink was a huge pain, I must say. The plumber told us they won't remove overmount sinks because of the risk of damaging the countertop, so my husband worked for a very long time to loosen the silicone adhesive and finally used a jack underneath to push the sink out. My suggestion is to try the Memoirs sink if you like the design of this one to save the disappointment.

Nice sink for a small bathroom. For a 19 inch depth cabinet sink, you get the maximum counter space. I like the single hole faucet with it so you get the extra room on the sides, plus you can turn it on and off with the back of your hand.. The sink is like a mini trough sink; two people could be brushing their teeth and spitting without hitting heads. The bottom of the sink it flat with a slight slope toward the drain, similar to a kitchen sink. This is surprisingly handy because it doubles as extra counter space when you aren't using the water and you can melt a jar of coconut oil by standing it in the sink and filling it with few inches of hot water. Make sure it is installed completely level so everything drains as it should. Good looking plain sink and while it's only been in for a short while seems like a durable finish. I'll report back if problems arise.For installation, the sink is caulked/bonded to the cabinet. Only the cabinet is attached to the wall. There is very little room for a plumber to work on the faucet once installed, so do all the faucet install work while the sink is out.

I had read in Amazon reviews that said casting issues in the basin of this sink could cause small pools of water after use. I did not have these issues, but I did notice that ceramic sink is a little wavey and not as perfect as a Ronbow sink I purchased a few years earlier.I put this sink together with a Foremost Gazette 24 x 18" vanitity and Hansgrohe single hole faucet . Overall, I am very happy with the fit , finish and look of the sink.

This is an elegant addition to my black and white 1930 bathroom. I like the wide sink and there is plenty of room on the deck for a soap dish. It was easy to install. It will look good for years to come.
