I really like this sauna jacket because it works well and looks good. Even though it’s made to make you sweat, it doesn’t feel weird to wear. I use it for all kinds of exercise—on my spin bike, walking pad, trampoline, or even just moving around at home, and it helps me get a great workout every time.It’s also warm, so it’s nice to wear outside in cold weather. The loose fit keeps it comfy and still makes me sweat. You don’t have to wear it tight for it to work, which is nice. It's a good value and easy to care for. Throw it in the washing machine and hang it on a chair to dry.

This sauna jacket is ideal for gym workout or running long miles. It is waterproof so all sweat stays inside. It makes the workout more relaxing. Inside of the jacket keeps you cool and sweaty. Also, quality of the jacket is excellent. It will look good for casual wear. I wear it to go for errands. I am very happy with this purchase. I recommend this is to everyone.

This vest does exactly what it says it will do. I wore it today and ran through a light workout. The vest definitely raised the heat and intensified my sweating. The vest also has a nice design and looks good. The quality seems really good and I expect it will last for a while. I would definitely recommend purchasing this vest.
