My 14 year old got these batting gloves in late September and they have ripped around the thumb. Disappointed but not surprised.Nothing lasts as long as you wish it would. His last three years of batting gloves never ripped - we just had to buy new as he grew.

The leather around the thumb broke ripped within just a few weeks. This is the second pair that did not last a season.

The stitching on the side of the glove failed before any other wear on the gloves. $80 gloves used in BP / off season and didn’t hold upI’d expect a new pair of gloves be shipped to me.

My son, 11 loves the feel of the gloves but the durability is in question. The threading is coming out after only using these in 3 games. I just don't think for the price these gloves should already be coming apart.
