I burn through gaff tape quite quickly between work and projects around the house, so I typically look for the cheapest options to get and keep up my stock. Saw this product online and was curious about its quality, since I’ve had hit-and-miss experiences with the white gaff tapes. This product is fairly standard quality, easy to tear and tape down, and retains well (at least on clean surfaces) without detaching. I also didn’t notice any residue issues upon removal. Overall, this is good quality gaff tape and relatively priced well.

This is perfect tape for strong holding down of cables and gear without leaving a trace behind.

Thick, sticky, but removes without residue - just what you want in gaffer tape.

Gaffer tape is good for many uses and I always like to keep some on hand. This tape looks good and tears easily and cleanly. Unfortunately, when compared with true professional gaffer tape that I also have in my home, this one does not measure up. Very simply, it is not as sticky as the professional kind. In particular, it often peels off when adhered to plastic surfaces. Depending on your usage, you might prefer tape that doesn't stick like glue, but for my uses, this one does not bond as strongly as the others I have. I will find ways to use it, but it is not true professional quality.

I like this product so far. it’s useful and you can also use it to label things. it’s sticky & white, you can put it on things and use it as labels easily. it is a useful tape to have, and it sticks effectively to various surfaces.

I'd give this tape 3 out of 5 stars. While I wouldn't consider this true "gaffers tape" as it doesn't have the same level of stick and hold, it is a roll of pretty strong tape. It's definitely a lot stronger than the kind of tape you'd typically find at places like Walmart or other off-the-shelf stores. It gets the job done for less demanding tasks, but don't expect it to perform like professional gaffer tape.
