I really wanted to like this product, but unfortunately I had to return it. The main issue is with the cylinder part that’s supposed to roll smoothly over the eyelid—it doesn’t. Instead, it rubs against the thin hook-like piece, which stops it from gliding properly. It feels like something is either misaligned or poorly constructed.This makes it not usable as intended. Maybe I got a defective one, but either way, it didn’t work for me.
