Was looking for a rain coat that didn’t really look like a rain coat. This one (in Black) met my expectations. Looks great, fits great and protects me from the rain!

I bought this for my husband for Easter after having mine for a few months now. The best rain and wind jacket ever! It is not noisy, it is comfy (Velcro wrists) and it keeps the heat in. I have been out in pouring rain and stayed dry in this. Completely wind resistant!

This is a great jacket. Fits nicely and looks great. I feel like you can dress it up or down. Perfect for running in and out of places. I wouldn’t expect this to keep you warm out walking in freezing temps. Nice jacket for sure

This coat came in a super air tight package, just to give those interested in buying it a heads up.If you know anything about air tight packages, once theyre opened, the thing inside is going to smell extremely bad for a week or two, depending on how you decide to TRY to get the smell out, which of course isnt easy. So, with that being said, your entire house will smell like crap for a while once you open the package to take the coat out.The coat itself is very nice. Its fits well and is good for the rain. The wrist straps stop very short to tighten though, which is a downside. It will keep you warm enough during the fall season, but once winter hits, be sure to find a much thicker and heavier coat to wear.

It fits as expected with enough length to feel normal. I've now worn it outside in snow and in rain and it is perfect. Color was as described and the fit is normal. It also drys quickly which is a nice bonus. Great top layer or jacket for rain or snow. The hood fits nicely too.

Good value, got one each for my two sons for traveling in NZ in winter. Great for traveling, and layering, lightweight, good basic pockets, packs down small and is comfortable to wear.I also got one in a gray leafy pattern that I returned, it was a different style and the seams were not taped so would not have been waterproof. This review only valid for the black color waterproof rain jacket

So my son chose this one over a North Face rain jacket I also ordered . Thankfully this was priced considerably less! The NF was made of polyester, is waterproof also and had vented zips under the arm pit area so u wouldn’t sweat. This one isn’t vented nor are the sleeves lined with mesh like the chest and back area to keep u from sweating. I read a previous review on someone having to take it off for that reason. Really wanted to find a jacket with the inner pocket so I chose pure black. Note that there are specific colors that have this, so pay attention to the different images belonging to each color. You will see some colors do not have that inner pocket. My son is 5 10” 140 lbs and the Medium is perfect to layer over a long sleeve T underneath, maybe a light hoodie too.
