One of the things I like most is the removable protective cover, which adds an extra layer of safety for my betta. It prevents direct contact with the heater, reducing the risk of burns, which is especially important for smaller tanks where fish can’t always avoid equipment. The heater maintains a consistent temperature, and I haven’t noticed any major fluctuations. It heats up quickly and does a great job keeping the water at the desired level. The LED display is clear and easy to read, so I don’t have to guess the temperature.If I had to point out one downside, it would be that the preset temperature settings can’t be adjusted in very small increments, but it hasn’t been a huge issue for me. Also, while this heater is great for small tanks, it might not be powerful enough for anything over 5 gallons.

I've tried this in several different outlets. It does not turn on at all. I wish it did as I really liked the style and the controller. Oh well.

This heater didn't perform as noted in the listing, but it was still decent. I put it in a 3 gallon aquarium at 4:31 pm and it read the water temperature as 68, the following are the original and subsequent readings.4:31 pm 685:19 pm 785:49 pm 826:02 pm 866:14 pm 866:37 pm 896:39 pm 916:50 pm 91It never reached the requested 93, it did retain the memory after the power was cut was really nice. I do like the constant ability to read the actual temperature which did read a bit higher than a calibrated thermometer.. The price was a bit higher than other units.

Make sure you check wattage on any fish tank heater you look into. This one is for small tanks. Has a temperature control on it so you can set it where your fish need it. Make sure you check instructions as there is a certain way the cable needs to hang. Comes with suction cups that are ok, same as most other suction cups. Works as far as I can tell. Always test your heaters before using with your fish!

This is an easy to control and simple to use aquarium heater. I like that the tube is protected by the casing that goes around it.

Aquarium Water Heater, submersible element, but NOT the display component ... 30 watt, small ..... 1-5 gallons .... Works great in my 2 gallon mini tank .... Heats fast, maintains temperature I setSeeing the digital readout in white, with RED dot means 'heating'.... GREEN dot means 'stopped' .... Easy to see from a distance when plugged in, due to the easy read Display.
