The colors fade smoothly and the plate rotates quietly. You can also set it to be stationary with just the colors fading.

I bought several of these to display my crystal "egg" collectables. They are a perfect size for my items and the LED lights are perfect. However, the stand makes a grinding noise when rotating and the vibration made a couple of them fall off during the night and I was surprised it didn't break the glass shelf that everything was sitting on. So, I put a bit of rolled up tape on the bottom of my collectables to keep them from falling off again. I was also disappointed that the USB cord was so short and there was no adapter for it.I keep them inside my curio cabinet, and they run 24/7. After a couple of weeks though, the rotation motor, which was making a racket anyway, quit working on all 4 of them. I'm not sure why they quit spinning because the items were not very heavy at all. When I took the stands out to look at them, I can't tell if it's smoke residue or ground up motor parts, but something was emitted out of the stands in the crack between the base and the spinning portion. I've had to turn them all off for now until I get some heavier duty spinning light stands.

Revolving Pedestal Base provided with 7 LED lights - DC power was promised via a USB Adapter plug.The USB adapter plug was NOT provided! Therefore nothing could be tried or tested!Looking forward to receiving the USB adapter plug! When? Sincerely David Knowles

Great value for the price. Beautiful led colors, good size and very sturdy. Very easy to use. Only problem is the speed, it’s runs to slow for what I need.

Muy bonita base con luces led con terminal USB o pilas! Me hubiera encantado que fuera recargable, pero ninguna de su tipo lo es. Es de buen tamaño, gira y cambia de color. Está bien bonita. La volvería a comprar.
